The FAA is responsible for the development of the National Airspace System and corresponding flight procedures/patterns. Additionally, runway assignments, headings, altitudes and other directions to aircraft are assigned only by FAA Air Traffic Control. If you would like to submit comments or inquiries to the FAA regarding aircraft overflights/noise, please contact the FAA Noise Ombudsman.
